Q. How does
Landgraf charge for a service call?
A. Every job Landgraf does will be quoted to the customer
and approved before we begin. Our professionals will diagnose a
problem and provide you a written estimate.
Q. Does Landgraf
have qualifications to perform work in Colorado?
A. Yes - Landgraf Inc. has been in business in the Denver
Metro area since 1972. It is operated under Colorado State Master
License #178032.
Q. What other
licenses/certifications does Landgraf have?
A. Besides being licensed in nearly every town, city, and
county in the Metro area. All of our Air Conditioning techs are
certified by the State of Colorado in CFC* handling and disposal.
(ask to see their license).
All of Landgraf's
employees are registered with the state as Apprentice, Journeyman,
Master or Supervisor in their respective fields.

Q. Does Landgraf
provide 24 hour service?
A. Landgraf provides 24 hour emergency service. As you are
aware, there are times when Colorado's weather can be unpredictable
and can sock us in with extreme hot or cold temperatures. Landgraf
works hard to prioritize all customers who have used the company
for prior work. If you are in a dangerous situation we at Landgraf
will do whatever possible to service your needs.
Q. Do you have
maintenance programs available that starts my heating system and
shuts the air conditioning system in the fall and reverses the action
in the spring?
A. Yes - Landgraf offers a full menu of different programs
tailored to your needs and budget. If you purchase any program,
that entitles you to 10% off any work performed during the maintenance
period.
