The commercial department has long been one of Landgraf's mainstays. The commercial division of the company has provided mechanical contracting since the inception of the company on projects as large as $2.1 million, six story retirement facility in Westminster Colorado. The primary target of the commercial division is the $10,000 - $500,000 range concentrating on projects as diverse as restaurants, government facilities, and multi-family complexes.

The goal of the commercial division is to provide a quality product to the end user keeping in mind their budget and usage requirements.

It is essential in new construction and remodel that all members of the "team" become one in their interactions and cooperation so that the customer is provided a quality product.
